The are a nice size and look very elegant and nice but they are supposed to be sterling silver and made of a good product. I have sensitive ears when it comes to a cheap brand of earrings they will cause my ears to become irrated and sore and one of mine did become irrated due to these I have to question if they are of a good quality or truly sterling. But they are a cute earrings if you catch them on a sale price and don't have sensitive ears to be concerned about the possibilities of them becoming infected. If your purchase do so at your own risk. If just to wear occasional you might be fine but daily I would be cautious.
